Initiate Return Request
Log into your Zero-G account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Ensure the device is placed in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our processing center, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
